Can we touch the animals?
We encourage gentle, up-close interactions in designated areas where posted (like hand-feeding or Baby Barn cuddles). Interaction levels are determined by the animals—please let them approach you, and always ask our staff if in doubt for everyone's safety.

Handwashing stations are located throughout park for your convinience.
What items are prohibited in the park?
To keep the park safe and enjoyable, please do not bring BBQs, bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, pets, balloons, or alcoholic beverages.
Will you be open if it rains?

In case of unexpected early closure, rainchecks may be issued to departing guests at management's discretion. Always check our Facebook or Instagram for real-time weather announcements and updates.
Is the park handicap accessible?
